A Democratic (read: snowflake) was in jail Thursday morning, accused of posting personal information about at least one highly motivated Republican senator. This happened last week during the hearing about potential sexual assault claims against Brett Kavanaugh, Trump’s pick for the Supreme Court.
Twenty-seven year old Jackson Cosko was arrested by U.S. Capitol Police, and was charged with making public restricted personal information. Cosko was also charged with witness tampering, threats in interstate communication, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, second-degree burglary and unlawful entry. Yikes.
The investigation is STILL ongoing and perhaps more charges will be filed.
Jackson has worked for a number of Democrats including Senator Diane Feinstein and Senator Barbra Boxer. Jackon’s LinkedIn page describes him as a “Democratic Political Professional & Cybersecurity Graduate Student” as if there is such a thing.
Personal information was posted by Jackson of Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch on Wikipedia. The information included home addresses and personal phone numbers for them.
